Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Female Bar Attendants to join our team. As a Bar Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our patrons have a memorable and enjoyable experience at our establishment. Your friendly demeanor, excellent customer service skills, and knowledge of beverages will contribute to the overall success of our bar.

Responsibilities:
• Greet customers warmly as they enter the bar and provide them with menus or drink specials.
• Take drink orders from customers and provide recommendations when requested. - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glasses, utensils, and bar equipment.
• Check identification to verify the legal drinking age and refuse service to underage or intoxicated customers.
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their needs are met and any concerns are addressed promptly.
• Process payments, issue receipts, and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Monitor customer behavior and assist in preventing any disturbances or unruly conduct. - Collaborate with other bar staff and kitchen personnel to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines and follow responsible alcohol service practices.
• Keep track of inventory levels and assist in restocking and ordering supplies as needed.
• Provide assistance in organizing and executing special events or promotions held at the bar.

Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Bar Attendant or in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory. - Knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktail recipes and presentation.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• Responsible beverage service certification (where required by law).
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderately heavy items. - Compliance with all local and state alcohol service regulations.
