Bid Notice No. 2 2024-2025

Kyankwanzi District Local Government has received funding and wishes to utilize it in the acquisition of land for the District Headquarters.

• Kyankwanzi District Local Government now invites willing landowners of private mailo, Freehold, or Leasehold land tenure to express interest of sale to Kyankwanzi District Local Government.
• The land should be within Butemba Town Council and Butemba Sub-county jurisdiction and should preferably be 3 km radius from the main road (Kampala-Hoima highway).
• The landowner should possess an authentic certificate of title in private mailo, Freehold, or Leasehold land tenure systems which is encumbrance-free and the holder must be alive and present.
• The land should not be less than 10 acres with good accessibility, environmentally friendly with good scenery coupled with gentle terrain ideal for development with building structures with no wetland.

Interested vendors may obtain the application forms from the office of the District Procurement Officer or Lands Management Officer from Monday to Friday between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm.

The deadline for submission of bids will be 11:00 am, on 07th January 2025.
