Bid Notice Under Open Bidding

Bidders MUST provide Bid Securities and obtain Bid Certificates for Item No. [specific item unclear] in line with the terms and other conditions of the procurement guidelines.

Key Information:

1. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the Head Procurement and Disposal Unit of Kabale Municipal Council.

2. Upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000 for Item 1 and UGX 50,000 for the rest of the items via the Integrated Revenue Administration System (RAS), a general receipt should be attached to the bidding document.

3. Bids must be delivered to the Procurement and Disposal Unit of Kabale Municipal Council on or before 25th February 2025 at 10:00 AM.

4. Bids will be opened on 26th February 2025 in the presence of bidders' representatives at the Kabale Municipal Council premises at 10:30 AM.

5. Bids for Item No. 1 must be accompanied by Original Bid Security in the form of a bank guarantee from a reputable commercial bank. Late bids shall be rejected.
