BID NOTICE UNDER OPEN DOMESTIC BIDDING
Water Bus Main Refurbishment on Units 6, 7 & 8 at Nalubaale Power Station; UEGCL/SPLS/23-24/10432
Uganda Electricity Generation Company Limited has al- located funds to be used for the procurement described below.
-Water Bus Main Refurbishment on Units 6.78. 8 at Nalubaale Power Station
The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above Supples
Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Domestic Bidding method contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assers Act, 2003 as amended, and Regulations 2023 and is open to all bidders.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at (7) from 9:00am-4:00pm. (Monday to Friday)
The Bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the address below at (7) and upon payment of a non- refundable fee of UGX 100,000-(Uganda Shillings One Hundred Thousand only). The method of payment will be in the bank on Uganda Electricity Generation Company Limited, Stanbic Bank A/C No. 9000011177327 upon which bidders shall be presented a bank slip as proof of payment. The document will be issued electronically upon presentation of a receipt of payment.
Bids must be delivered to the address below at (7) at or before 11:00am of Thursday 25 July, 2024. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of UGX 9,400,000 (Uganda Shillings Nine Million Four Hundred Thousand Only). The Bid Security shall be valid until 15th January, 2025.) Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders representatives who choose to attend at the
address below at (7) at 11:30am, Thursday 25 July. 2024.
