BID NOTICE

1. The Ministry of Education and Sports invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the following supplies indicated below:

2. The bidding document(s) shall be inspected and issued at the Ministry of Education and Sports, Plot 11 King George VI Way, Parliamentary Avenue, Embassy House, 3rd Floor, Room 3.

3. Bidding document(s) in English may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the address at 2 above upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000 (One hundred thousand Ugandan Shillings only). The method of payment will be through obtaining a Bank Payment Advise Form from the cashier on 5th Floor, Room 5.04, Embassy House, and paying at the designated bank with effect from February 2025. Upon presentation of proof of payment, bidding documents may be collected from the Procurement and Disposal Unit, Room 3, with effect from 2nd February 2025.
