Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open domestic bidding procedures contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003, and is open to all bidders.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 8(a) from 8.00 am-5.00 pm; Monday to Friday except Public Holidays.

The Bidding Documents in English may be collected by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below at 8(a) below.

Documents may be purchased upon payment of a non- refundable fee of UGX 50,000/-. Payment shall be by bank payment advice forms and obtaining a General receipt from the MSWNH cashier.

Bids must be delivered to the address below at 8(a) at or before 11:00am on 10th July 2023. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the July 2023.
