JOB DETAILS:
Job description
• Manage liquidity
• Supervise day to day branch operations
• Ensure development and implementation of strategies to improve productivity and sales performance in effort to achieve the financial targets of the Sacco.
• Prepare financial statements for the branch Oversee budgets and financial reports
• Manage staff and other resources
• Build relationships with staff, supervisors, clients and the community at large
• Assist with customer service to ensure overall customer satisfaction

Eligibility criteria
Education
• Completed Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting and Finance, Economics, or other related field, a course related to sales and marketing would be an added advantage for the position of customer care/sales.

Experience
• Minimum 12 months of relevant paid working experience in a banking or managerial position (Branch Manager).

Language requirements
• Proficiency in English and at least one of the native languages (Luganda,).

Additional Criteria
• Capacity to evaluate and analyze information and situations accurately, and be able to identify key problems and solutions.
• Additional skills in Microsoft Office, and computer systems.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal relations skills.
• Detail-oriented and result-oriented. Age (25-40) for all positions.
• Willing to relocate to duty station (Kampala).

Note:All candidates must have sound knowledge of what a Sacco is, and general functions/ operations of a Sacco.
