MPDT SACCO is looking for dynamic and energetic individuals to fill the vacant position of Loans Officers and Branch Manager.

Job Title: Branch Manager
REPORTS TO: GENERAL MANAGER
SALARY: ATTRACTIVE

JOB PURPOSE
To supervise branch operations, manage branch performance, and ensure customer satisfaction.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Direct branch operations, ensure customer service, and administer sales.
2. Assess local market conditions to identify new opportunities.
3. Meet performance targets from time to time.
4. Manage and allocate branch budgets appropriately.
5. Prepare and submit branch reports and make recommendations as necessary.
6. Perform other duties assigned by the General Manager.

Qualifications and Desired Attributes
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related financial field.
• At least two years of experience in a similar position.
• Should not exceed 45 years of age.
• High integrity and team-building skills.
