JOB DETAILS:
Duties And Responsibilities
• To ensure the Branch's monthly loan issuance targets are met.
• Supervize and monitor all the branch staff to achieve the Branch and Company objectives. To grow sales as per the set month branch targets.
• Maintain a good loan portfolio by directly following up delinquent and defaulting clients.
• Manage and protect the company's assets in the best interest of the company.
• Ensure and enforce compliance to the company's set policies and procedures and as occasionally communicated.
• Manage Business Partnership with all stakeholders that relate with the branch.

Job Requirements
• A bachelor's Degree in a business-related field.
• Excellent leadership capability, high level of confidence and ability to establish communication
• with others. Ability to handle refresher and developmental trainings efficiently.
• Must have 2-3years experience in a similar position.
• Must be Knowledgeable about the Boda Boda Industry.
• Must have Proven Track record of achieving and surpassing Targets.
