Bayport Financial Services (U) Limited is a leading non-deposit-taking credit institution which started operating in 2004. We are an equal opportunity employer, with operations in several African countries. We specialize in providing cash loans to salaried government employees and are currently recruiting for the position of Branch Manager commission based for our Uganda Operations offices of Kiryandogo, Kabale, Kitgum, Kapchorwa, Masaka.

Job Summary:
The job holder is responsible for: The management of the Branch office, Supervision of Branch staff, growing sales and minimizing fraud, Creating and cementing relationships with stakeholders, and implementing customer-centric practices in line with the BFS Policies and Procedures. It is Commission Based

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Managerial responsibilities
Ensuring that all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) about sales are met. This is communicated by Management every month.

The KPIs include;
• Recruiting and managing sales agents
• Achieving loan disbursed targets
• Managing customer feedback
• Achieving and maintaining collections efficiency
• Managing Portfolio growth
• Coordinating and managing vote relations

Fraud and forgery
• Elimination of any fraud and forgery tendencies by both clients and staff.
• Forwarding any of the above tendencies to the Security Team for action.


Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any other business-related course
• Post Graduate Training in Management is an added advantage.
• At least 3 years of experience in a Financial Institution at a Supervisory level.

Experience in Months: 36

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
