Reporting to: After Sales Manager .

Key Performance Areas:
• Leadership, performance management and development of Branch Team .
• Ensure safety and security of the Branch Team, assets and visitors
• Management and control of Branch operations, expenses and activities
• Retain and grow customer base and customer service delivery
• Planning, budgeting and reporting
• Management of contract tractor service operations

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Automotive Agricultural Engineering.
