African Evangelistic Enterprise (AEE) is an inter» denominational Evangelical Christian humanitarian not-for-profit NGO that has operated in Uganda since 1981. AEE has embarked on the implementation of a new 5-year Child Centered Community Development Program in Arivu Sub-county, Arua District. AEE Uganda now wishes to invite qualified candidates to apply for the positions listed below

Job Title: Bursar (1)
Reporting to: The Principal

Job Purpose: The Bursar will manage the finances and assets of the institute, and contribute to the efficient and effective utilization of all resources. Duty Station: Masaka Qualification, Experience and Skills: A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or any related field, and at least 3 years‘ experience in a busy tertiary institute environment. Familiarity with NGO accounting is a must, and the successful candidate must have proven capacity to prioritize, plan and organize their own tasks so as to meet objective and deadlines. They will possess high level planning and coordination skills, be self-driven and able to work with minimum supervision. The job requires strong analytical, written! verbal communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills. Advanced computer literacy and proven knowledge and experience with accounting packages e.g. QuickBooks is essential.
