Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Junior Business Activator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving business growth by engaging with end-users, promoting the business venture in Kampala, and identifying new opportunities in Kampala. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in marketing and business development.

Key Responsibilities
• Engage with potential end-users to promote and educate them about the company’s products in Kampala.
• Conduct market research and identify new opportunities for the company’s products within Kampala.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with end-users.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing strategies to increase awareness and adoption about the company’s products in Kampala.
• Provide feedback and insights on end-user needs, preferences, and trends.
• Prepare activity reports and share updates with the team.
• Support the team in achieving business targets and objectives.

Key Qualifications
• Education: At least a diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required. Additional fluency in Luganda is preferrable.
• Travel: Must be based in Kampala and willing to travel within the city.

Skills & Competencies:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport and establish relationships.
• Self-motivated, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
