COOEC-CPECC Joint Venture consisting of COOEC INTERNATIONAL CO., LIMITED and CHINA PETROLEUM ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION (CPECC) UGANDA LIMITED is a CNOOC Uganda Ltd Contractor for Kingfisher Oil Field Development Package-3, and the scope of work includes four well pads production facilities, central processing plant (CPF), infield Flow Lines, water intake pump stations, temporary camp, etc. If you are an experienced professional who possesses major project experience gained with an oil and gas operator or top tier contractors, then we are looking for YOU!

Job Description
• Incharge of organizing subcontracting works locally in Uganda.
• Incharge of organizing investigation and review of local subcontractor certificates and qualifications
• Incharge of negotiating between contractors and subcontractors
• Incharge of subcontract management
• Must be responsible for changes or claims of EPC contract between Client and contractor.
• Responsible for organizing subcontracts bidding and pricing.
• Responsible for managing relevant documents of subcontract
• In Charge of coordinating with subcontractors for contract management.

Requirements
• A minimum of Bachelor’s degree in economics and administration
• Must have participated in 2 international projects related business work.
• Must have knowledge in construction budget, subcontract management, and cost control management.
• Must have a class 1 cost engineering certificate and CPNC Tofel test certificate.
