About the Role
The Business Development Executive is a key position responsible for driving the growth and success of the company. The individual will focus on identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and contributing to the company’s financial and strategic goals. This role is ideal for a results-oriented individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills and a passion for achieving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute strategies to identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet client needs.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on business development activities.

Requirements
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related disciplines.
• Proven experience in sales or banking, showcasing a track record of achieving or surpassing targets.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence and persuade.
