Jora Shoes is a Premium Leather Shoes Manufacturing Company based in Kampala Uganda with extensive expertise in Leather shoes Manufacturing mainly Premium Leather School Shoes, Safety Leather Shoes, Security Shoes, and casual shoes since 2012.
Jora Shoes is an ISO Certified Company with management processes in ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015, and ISO45001:2018 with clientele all over the Country with plans to explore into the regional markets!
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Executive at Jora Shoes Company (U) LTD. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving sales growth. This role is located in Rubaga, Kampala with flexibility for some remote work of not less than 60% of work time.
The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle.
Qualifications
• Prior experience in business development or sales, preferably in the footwear industry
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• At least 1+ years in the sales industry
• Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
• Strong negotiation skills
• CRM experience is preferred
