JOB DETAILS:

Qualifications
1. A bachelor's degree or above in Project Management, Petroleum Engineering, English Language, Business administration etc.
2. At least 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas Industry
3. Must have knowledge of Project Execution, have EPC projects management skills, and Leadership and teamwork skills.
4. Is responsible for conducting research on and developing the Oil & Gas market
5. in Uganda and following up and bidding for potential new EPC Oil & Gas projects in Uganda.
6. Is responsible for promoting CCJV based on reputation established through the implementation of Kingfisher EPC3 Project.
7. Responsible for studying the oil field development plans in Uganda, promoting the CCJV market in Uganda, and coordinating with Headquarter(s) in China to register new project opportunities in order to obtain permission to carry out subsequent tendering activities.
8. Must participate in the tendering of new projects, transfer knowledge about CCJV's corporate culture, internal procedures, work methods, and online project management systems or platforms to nationals.
9. Should transfer knowledge about Oil & Gas projects to nationals to expand their cognition and align their work plans and priorities with the project goals and implementation progress.
10. Should conduct inter-departmental communication and coordination with expatriates from other departments, and participate in commercial activities.
11. Should participate in the development of major local subcontractors and suppliers, and help guide them pass Headquarters qualification checks and add them into HQ's Qualified Supplier List.
12. Should maintain the relationships with the Licensee and manage Licensee's satisfaction.
13. Must be Proficient in English, MS Office and have similar project experiences.
