JOB DETAILS:

Qualifications
1. A bachelor's degree or above in Electrical/Electronics/Automation or rellevant Engineering
2. At least 12 years of petroleum engineering experience
3. Have knowledge of Project Management, well engineering design of oil field facilities and equipment and installation.
4. Is responsible for KF oil field electrical engineering design & technical support management
5. Should be highly skilled in project proposal and feasibility research, preliminary design, detailed design, EPC project execution and PMC project management.
6. Should have expertise in the power system study/calculations/selection of equipment, MR/TBE/vendor document review, schematic/layout/equipment installation.
7. Have EPC experience of 66kV substation, and manage subcontractors and vendors well.
8. Should assist the Project Manager in managing the whole process of project site construction, including overall control of safety, construction period, quality, cost, etc. Should coordinate all parties involved in the construction to ensure the normal progress of the project construction until the completion acceptance of the project is handed over to the owner for commercial operation
9. Must have excellent working knowledge of Chinese code (GB, DL, SY, SH), Code of IEC, NEC, API, etc.
10. Must have had quality awareness and follow the related product design development working flow, basic oral and good reading/writing and English communication, responsible, and hardworking.
