JOB DETAILS:
Key attributes to the candidate: Experienced in Marketing and Relationship Management, Should have a driver’s license, open-minded and confident, self-motivated and result oriented, mature with good Public Relations and honest in their dealings

Job Summary:
1. Manage partnerships with various financial institutions through Asset Finance departments whom we work with offering finance to customers importing cars from us
2. Come up with Marketing Strategies and implement them in accordance with approved budgets in collaboration with the financial institutions
3. Manage and Maintain relationships with Business Bankers and Relationship Managers from various financial institutions to keep sales coming to meet the targets
4. Manage sales leads through CRM System by allocating them to Sales Executives and follow up on them until closed
5. Handle the handover of cars to customers and take pictures to make the event a memorable experience
6. Handle the designing of all communications materials to ensure that the company colors and logo are correct always
7. Handle social media accounts for the company to main brand equity and secure sales leads from time to time
8. Handle training of Business Bankers and Relationship Managers on our business process flow to make it easy for them to offer our services to their clients
9. To always research what the competitors are doing and submit counter strategies to keep our business relevant in the market
10. To support the Branch Manager in the management of the showroom, golf shop and advertising TV screen.
11. To generate a weekly report on all key issues with recommendations to solve problems or improve the way to handle solutions

Requirements
The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Communication, Marketing, Business or a related field, or a combination of education and experience that yields the minimally required competencies.

Skills in all computer packages are very essential and the candidate should be able to speak fluently in English and knowledge of the Japanese language will be an added advantage.
