About the client
Our client in the Telecommunication sector seeks to recruit suitably qualified candidate to fill the vacancy above.

Job Summary
As the core members, take lead in office maintenance contract fulfillment and problem resolution, ensures network stability, and is responsible for maintenance financial results, cyber security, and customer satisfaction.
The CS Network Manager is responsible for supervising & maintaining uptime and quality of the network (both media and equipment) segments assigned to CS, PS and IP engineers to undertake periodic preventive maintenance activities.
He should ensure effective fault management in case of fault occurrence and periodic upgrades, capacity augmentation of core network as per plan with no/ minimal disruption.

Roles and Responsibility
• Manage customer satisfaction, maintain, and improve customer satisfaction through value presentation and customer discussion meetings.
• Be responsible for customer satisfaction with HOD and CTO/CIO
• Streamline the maintenance team to be responsible for equipment maintenance, rectification, upgrade, risk identification, critical fault recovery, License maintenance, spare management, and cyber security etc.
• Core network project like CS, PS, IMS, HSS etc. delivery.
• Core network maintenance, troubleshooting.
• Analyse the customer's existing systems, needs, and requirements to provide the necessary solution.
• Technical Presentations and Participation in Technical discussions with customers.
• Core network Planning, Performance Analysis and Optimization.

Education and Experience
• Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer science or relevant field.
• Extensive project management skills
• Experience working with Core or IP networks, CS, PS, IMS, HSS among others.
• Good troubleshooting skills, such that faults are promptly identified and rectified to meet the required SLAs.
• Successful applicants should be Goal-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills and be a very good team player.
