JOB DETAILS:
Lafab Solutions is a workforce management company dedicated to meeting the casual worker needs of our clients across Uganda. We are expanding our network and seeking motivated individuals to join us as Recruitment Agents. This is a commission-based opportunity where you can earn by supporting Lafab Solutions in sourcing and registering casual workers for various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Recruitment Agent, you will be responsible for:
A) Identifying and recruiting casual workers across your local community and region for the following sectors:
1. Agricultural Work
• Planting, weeding, and harvesting crops
• Animal husbandry and care
• Processing agricultural products
• Farm labour (e.g., digging, weeding, irrigation)
2. Construction Work
• Masonry (Stonework, Brickwork, Granite, and Sandstone), bricklaying, and carpentry
• Painting and plastering
• Electrical and plumbing installation
• Construction Site cleanup and general labour
3. Factory and Manufacturing Work
• Assembly line work
• Packaging and labeling products
• Quality control and inspection
• Machine operation and maintenance
4. Retail and Sales
• Stocking shelves and inventory management
• Cashiering and customer service
• Merchandising and promotional activities
• Market vending and street hawking
5. Transportation and Delivery
• Motorcycle (boda-boda) riding for passenger transport
• Bicycle and vehicle delivery services
• Loading and unloading goods at depots and warehouses
• Driving commercial vehicles (e.g., trucks, taxis)
6. Hospitality and Catering
• Waiting tables and serving food
• Housekeeping and cleaning in hotels and restaurants
• Event setup and teardown (e.g., tents, chairs, decorations)
• Cooking and food preparation
7. Domestic Work
• Housekeeping and cleaning services
• Childcare and eldercare
• Gardening and lawn maintenance
• Laundry and ironing services
8. Cleaning and Sanitation
• Street sweeping and garbage collection
• Cleaning public spaces (e.g., schools, hospitals)
• Office and commercial building cleaning
• Janitorial services in residential complexes
9. Event Management Support
• Setting up and managing event venues
• Catering support (e.g., serving, bartending)
• Ticketing and ushering
• Entertainment services (e.g., DJ, MC)
10. Mining and Quarrying
• Stone breaking and crushing
• Sand mining and hauling
• Manual extraction of minerals
• Loading and transporting materials
11. Telemarketing and Call Center Work
• Outbound sales calls
• Customer service and support
• Market research and surveys
• Debt collection

B) Completing registration forms for each casual worker recruited and ensuring their details are accurately recorded.

C) Maintaining communication with Lafab Solutions to ensure that the registered workers are matched with suitable job opportunities.

D) Ensuring the casual workers you recruit are reliable and capable of performing the tasks assigned to them.

Compensation:
Commission-Based Payment: Earn a commission every time a casual worker you register successfully accomplishes assigned work.
