JOB DETAILS:
2. Cdo-Home Based Program
Reports to: Project Director
He/ She interfaces with the Home based participants. 80% of the time spent doing this job. is out of office carrying out home visits.

Specific duties include to:
• Carry out (or identify resource persons for) the day-to-day training and equipping of the Home based participants in the Home based interventions skills.
• As a resourceful person on Survival and ECD related matters, monitor the manner in which the interventions are impacting the beneficiaries on a day-to-day basis.
• Ensure that GOBIFFF and other interventions for the Home based beneficiaries are implemented in the framework of standards.
• The relevant candidate shall be a model Christian and respectful of people's privacy and confidentiality.

Requirements (HBP, CDO- SDR and PD)
1. Age: 23-38 years
2. Christian maturity characterized by a strong Christian testimony, a heart for children ministry and knowledge of the scriptures.
3. Strong interpersonal relationship skills.
4. Ability to effectively manage teams and respond to stakeholder expectations.
5. At Least two years' experience in community Related work especially dealing with children.
6. A minimum of a Degree in Social Work and Social Administration, Education, Nursing, Development studies, Community Psychology, Child Ministry or any other related field.
7. Practical computer literacy
8. Ability to learn new things and work beyond normal working hours as need may arise.
