JOB DETAILS:
Job Summary：
Inspect cementing materials; provide technical support for field operation and scientific research

Responsibilities
• Assist the superior to implement the Oilfield Chemicals Project Management Regulation and Policies
• Implement and optimize the Laboratory Management Regulation and Policies
• Take charge of all laboratory activities
• Optimize the allocation of resources of Human, equipment, materials, etc to expand work efficiency
• Plan the daily activities and assign to crew
• Complete Daily Report and share with Project Manager and Technical Supervisor
• Perform Pre-job check, operate and maintain the equipment
• Calibrate the equipment listed in the Carrere Development Matrix
• Perform slurry test as per SOP and API standard
• Complete slurry test report and submit to Superior for review
• Review and check slurry test report, submit to Project Manager
• Sample and test cement and additives as per QAQC standard
• Maintain the spare part inventory
• Conduct SDS, TDS training to crew
• Conduct equipment Operation SOP training and Maintenance SOP training to crew
• Manage the cement and additives samples inventory, renewal and clean the samples timely
• Conduct Slurry test SOP training to crew
• Complete other work assigned by the superior

Relevant Requirements
• College degree or above in Petroleum Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Oilfield Chemical Application, etc.
• Minimum 5 years experience in Oil and Gas industry; Minimum 4 years experience in the testing of cement slurries
• Be with knowledgeable of Petroleum Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/ Oilfield Chemicals Application, etc.
• Be familiar with drilling, cementing technology and processes.
• Be familiar with API oil well cementing test standard
• Be responsible and with sense of context
• Be calm and stable in mood
• Be good at learning and innovation
• Be with great team spirit and good at coordination, cooperation and organization
• Perform the guideline: Do everything diligently.
