Our client, a private entity, operating in the education sector at Primary and Pre-primary level seeks to recruit competent and well-motivated persons to fill the following position

Responsibilities
• Check freshness of food and ingredients.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of cooks and other food preparation workers.
• Develop recipes and determine how to present the food.
• Plan menus, ensure quality preparation and uniform sewing sizes.
• Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas for cleanliness and functionality.
• Train, and supervise cooks and other food preparation workers.
• Requisition Order and maintain inventory of food and supplies,
• Monitor sanitation practices and follow kitchen safety standards.
• Ensure timely meal preparation and serving to both pupils and staff.
Requirements and skills
• Proven successful experience of at least 2 years preferably in the similar environment.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• At least a diploma in catering or related field from a recognized institution.
