Job details:
Kulika Uganda is an indigenous NGO that works towards transforming livelihoods. We are seeking a qualified candidate to fill the position of Chief Executive Officer

Key responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning and Management
  
• Visioning and leadership Program Management
  
• Human Resource and Performance Management
  
• Financial Management and Risk Analysis
  
• Advocacy Management
  
• Funding Partnership management

Qualifications or Skill Required:

• Must hold a degree in Agriculture, Development Studies, or Business Administration or a related field of Management. A Masters Degree and/or postgraduate training is an added advantage
  
• Must have a minimum of 8 years of professional experience with 5 years at a relevant senior management/ decision making position
  
• Excellent People Management skills
  
• Transformational leadership
  
• Excellent communication, Negotiation and Presentation skills
  
• Passion for our mission, and business growth
  
• Proven fundraising skills and financial savvy
