Technology Consults Ltd is a one-stop Architectural and Engineering consultancy firm based at the College of Engineering, Design, Art & Technology-Makerere University; operating in Uganda and globally. In a bid to strengthen its capacity, improve its visibility and increase market share, the company now seeks to recruit a professional for the following position.
Job Title: Chief Executive Officer
Reports to: Board of Directors
Supervises: Manager Operations & Business Development
Manager Finance & Administration
Manager Building Services
Manager Engineering & Technical Services.

Job Summary:
The CEO is responsible for the management of the overall company operations as well as services development, marketing, communications and logistics. The CEO is responsible for the development and approval of strategies to meet the shareholders, clients, and employee needs. Communicates with people inside and outside the company to discover what policies, services, and marketing strategies will help it move forward and makes important decisions that affect the company's direction and its employees.   Person Requirements:
• Proven experience as CEO (5+ years) or in any other business managerial position, and 5 years industry practice.
• Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing vision.
• MSc. in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field.
• Post qualification in Project Planning and Management or Business Administration.
• Must be registered with the relevant Professional Body in his/her field.
• Being a Shareholder in the company is of added advantage
