JOB DETAILS:
Key Result Areas:
• Think for the role in which employee is employed
• Develop a holistic and inclusive human capital resource strategy with a focus on acquisition, development, succession and diversity.
• Build innovative and reinforcing tools and policies that support the Next media overall strategy and objectives.
• Provide expertise to establish collaborative measures with divisional heads to solve challenges in the area of human capital recourse
• Be accountable for shaping and evolving a world class approach to leadership and management that builds the Next media culture in line with the organizational values and strategic aims whilst creating a consistent approach for identifying and managing talent that works for creative organization
• Ensure the trainings are organized for all personnel.
• Ensure that the group has functional performance management and evaluation tools
• Perform all other duties as assigned by your supervisor in line with your duties

Competencies:
• Substantial experience of leading a holistic talent function within a complex organisation, including strategy development and implementation
• Experience creating and implementing people interventions that have a visible impact on organizational success
• Be passionate about people growth with demonstratable experinec of employer brand talent attraction in line with creating an employer of choice
• Have in depth knowlegde of holistic talent management practices and their contribution to busuiness success coupled with an appreciation of the role of diversity and how it intergrates with talent management practice
• Have deep knowlege of multimedia influences
• Have deep knowledge in internal and external resourcing functions within a media enviroment

Education and Professional Qualifications
• Degree in Human Recourse Management or related field.
