Full Gospel Churches of Uganda seek to recruit a competent person to fill the position of Child Development Officer in charge of Sponsor Donor Relations in their child development holistic ministry at Mityana Full Gospel Church. Reporting Relationship:

The Child Development Officer in charge of Sponsor Donor Relations reports to the Project Director.

Job Summary:
The child development officer will ensure timeliness of quality child to sponsor correspondence, will be a witness for Christ to children, Keeps office and child development records, is responsible for child development programming and carries out child home visits and follow-ups

Requirements:

• Age: 22-35 years
  Christian maturity characterized by strong Christian testimony, a heart for ministry and knowledge of the scriptures.
  
• A minimum of a diploma in Social Work and Social Administration, Development Studies, ‘Education, Child Ministry and any other related field is required.
  
• At least two years’ experience in community work Especially in dealing with children
  Strong interpersonal relationship.
  
• Ability to learn new things and work beyond normal working hours as need arises.
  Computer literacy is a MUST.
