The Diocese of Kitgum invites applications from mature born again Christians Professionals for a Ministry opportunity to fill two position at St.Barnabas Child Development Centre- Paloga Lamwo district.
POSITION: POSITION: Child Development Officer in charge of Health
CDO-Health will be in charge of health of the beneficiaries (children) and their caregivers..

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTY: Shall include and not be limited to the followings:
• Has a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Is a consistent witness for Jesus Christ with a Christ like attitude in dealing with people.
• Serve as an advocate for children and caregivers.
• Initiates generation of the annual health work plan and coordinates its implementation with emphasis on prevention of diseases among the beneficiaries.
• Coordinates medical care and distribution of provisions to the identified beneficiaries such as children and caregivers.
• Ensures proper documentation and record keeping of all health related issues for the beneficiaries with utmost confidentiality.
• Plans and coordinates health related trainings, information, education and communication (IEC).
• Age 22-35 years.
o Applicants should have minimum of 2 years working experience in Christians organizations

QUALIFICATIONS: A minimum of a diploma in nursing or medical education /health profession.
