Key Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership in planning, organizing, and coordinating education programs within Soroti City.
• Supervise and monitor education services and ensure compliance with national education policies.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of education in city schools.
• Oversee the training and professional development of teachers.
• Prepare and present reports on the performance of education programs to the city leadership.

Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Education Management, Administration, or a related field.
• Master’s degree in education or a related field is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in education.
• Excellent leadership and management skills.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 60

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
