Q-Sourcing Limited trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, and South Sudan.

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a competent, skilled and experienced Client Support Manager to work in Kajjansi

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead a team of Data and call centre operators to high performance
• Train the team in its defined tasks
• Receive, manage and follow to completion, directives and tasks from the
• CEO ensuring smooth functioning of all departments.
• Monitor key performance indicators and financial metrics to assess business performance.
• Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork and collaboration.
• Foster a positive organizational culture and effective communication.
• Support in any needed task of the company as directed by the CEO

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Mandatory Requirements:
• Relevant degree in business management and economics
• 5 years’ experience as a senior executive or management role
• 3 year’s experience in immigration service as manager of employees
• Reliability, integrity, loyalty is a must
• Hard working and devoted to the company goals

Added Advantage
• Ability to be assertive and to complete processes
• Experience in an immigration environment involving Visa application is a plus
• Taking personal responsibility and accounting for results
• Written recommendations from previous employers
• Exceptional team player with respect for others
• Self-driven and able to work under pressure to get task completed
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Understanding of the travel and visa industry is an advantage
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Eager to learn new fields of knowledge.
