Title: Clinical Director
Location; Makindye— Kampala
Job Purpose: Direct interdisciplinary clinical teams in the provision of quality Palliative Care to patients.

Key tasks:
Taking ultimate responsibility for the clinical care to patients, the Clinical Director is a member of the Senior Management Team and provides strategic direction and leadership on clinical matters, Hel she develops and implements clinical department work plans; manages the department budget, and develops and implements clinical policies and procedures, He/she audits departmental performance and also reports against the work plan targets. Hel she leads, supervises, supports, coaches, mentors and appraises the inter- disciplinary clinical team, ensures team continuous professional development and is engaged in research, and scholarly and academic writing regarding palliative care,

Minimum Requirements:
Consultant level clinician with Masters degree in internal Medicine, Pediatrics or Family Medicine, Experience in Palliative Care is an added advantage.
