JOB DETAILS:
Kibaale District Civil Society Organization Network ( KCSON ) is a registered NGO network operating in Western Uganda. KCSON started in Z003 and focuses on capacity building of CSOs, promoting effective governance in public service delivery including natural resources governance, and empowerment of vulnerable groups of people.

KCSON current donors include CRS (for a USAID funded program), WWF (UCO), lDl and members. KCSON is one of the CSO implementers of the USAID funded Sustainable Outcomes for Children and Youth (SOCV) Project in Klbaale and Kyenjojo, in partnership with ACODEV as an IP and Catholic Relief Services (CR5) as the Prime. However KCSON has extended to district of Hoima and lbanda for implementation of the project activities.

The Project is designed to: improve the health, nutrition, education and psychosocial Wellbeing of orphaned and vulnerable children, as well as reduce abuse, exploitation and neglect among this population. KCSON is therefore looking for suitably qualified candidates to fill the vacancies below, to carryout vertical project activities, in the districts of: Hoima, kyenjojo and lbanda.

KEY ROLES AND JOB REQUIREMENTS
Responsible for ensuring strong supervision of field teams and overall coordination ofimplementation of project intervention in the districts of operation. He/she will supervise Linkages Coordinators and Social workers to ensure referrals, Linkages and use management for OVC is effectively achieved in the districts of operation. The cluster Lead will report to the Project Manager and will in charge of two districts of operation.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
A Bachelor's degree in Social Work & Social Administration, Development Studies, Community Psychology, Guidance and Counseling, Any other related, a post graduate will be an added advantage. At least 5 years work experience in community/ social work particularly on OVC and/ or HIVAIDS donor-funded projects; s/he should have demonstrated ability to manage community volunteers and experience in working with rural communities; Ability to multi task and work under pressure to deliver results;

She/he should have computer skills including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, data entry, Demonstrable good communication skills in both English and Local Language
