Role Overview:
The Supervisory Committee Member works alongside the Chairperson and Secretary to ensure SACCO operations are transparent, compliant, and member-centric.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in conducting internal reviews and audits.
• Monitor SACCO governance, member complaints, and financial reports.
• Identify risks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement within the SACCO.
• Support the preparation of supervisory committee reports.
Requirements:
• Knowledge of SACCO operations, auditing, or governance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to ensuring the SACCO’s compliance and success.

Instructions for Applicants:

3. All requirements/conditions for the different positions must align with the laws governing Cooperative Societies in Uganda and bye laws.
4. The selection process includes a face-to-face interview with the Vetting Committee.
5. Dissatisfied members can file complaints by 10th January 2025.
6. The Committee will present its final vetting report at the AGM.
7. SACCO leadership is purely voluntary.
8. Applicants must have fully paid up subscriptions and be in good standing.
