JOB DETAILS:
Job Title: Communication Engineer
Primary Functions
• Responsible for the equipment communication engineering works RESPONSIBILITIES
• Site supervision for all the installation, construction, hook-up and testing of the equipment communication works in Kingfisher Development Project, this shall include but not limited to: PLC control program writing and debugging. power management system (PMS), power distribution control system (PDCS), motor starter control, circuit breaker control indication, motor remote control stations, initial status, black start sequence, etc.
• Understand and comprehend hard-/software of Siemens, AB and other brands' series PLC products.
• Familiar with inverter, Human Machine Interface (HMI), servo control related product application. •International project personnel training services.

Qualifications requirements
• Education: Bachelor's degree or above, MAJOR:
• Communication Engineering or the related
Experience: At least 12 years of experience
Knowledge:
• Extensive knowledge of petroleum engineering or petro chemical engineering.
• Extensive knowledge of construction, installation and commissioning and safety in oil and gas industry

Capability:
• Proficient in PMS/PDCS/PLC programming language
• Familiar with equipment communication, communication works in oil field site construction projects.
• Have similar working experience in international projects
• Have rich professional knowledge in communication engineering, proficient in communication design standards and requirements in oil fields.
