Role Overview:
The Communications Lead will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing comprehensive communication strategies that enhance Zimba Women’s visibility and foster engagement with diverse stakeholders. This position demands a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and exceptional writing skills to convey the organization's mission and initiatives effectively. The Communications Lead will be responsible for managing both internal and external communications, ensuring that messaging is consistent, clear, and impactful across all channels.

The Communications Lead will spearhead all project-related communications, taking the initiative to coordinate with project partners and stakeholders. They will develop and implement tailored communication plans that promote program objectives and achievements, while also managing media relations to maximize coverage and public interest. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in strategic communications and a proven ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with various audiences.

The Communications Lead will monitor and analyze communication metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven adjustments as needed. .
