JOB DETAILS:
  Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) has secured funding from Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation (BMGF) through the City Wide Inclusive Sanitation (CWIS) grant for the Sanitation Inclusive Program (Phase 3). The funding is intended to upscale faecal sludge management services in Kampala through catalytic investments. In this phase, there will be need to scale up the demand and supply for improved sanitation services. This is to be achieved through a number of interventions including the construction of model public toilets and the implementation of the sanitation marketing Strategies.

  Job Qualifications:
• A Bachelor's Degree in either Mass Communication (Public Relations option), Journalism or any other related course from a recognized University or Institution of higher learning.
• Specialized training in Public Relations or
• Journalism is an added advantage
• A minimum of two (2) consecutive years working experience in Communication and Medic/Public Relations in Government or from a reputable organization.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing public relation programs.
• Demonstrated ability to market corporate brands
• Demonstrated knowledge of the media industry
• Excellent communication skills (Oral and written)
• Knowledge of 2 other commonly used languages in the City.
