JOB DETAILS:
Concrete Batching Plant Manager

Key Responsibilities:
• Overseeing the operations of a concrete batching plant.
• Ensuring the quality and consistency of concrete production.
• Managing plant personnel and equipment.
• Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Optimizing plant efficiency and productivity.

Required Qualifications:
• Minimum of a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL), class A or B, is preferred.
• 5 years of increasing responsibilities in Ready Mix or similar duties within aggregate, asphalt, or construction operations.
• 13 years of total experience in the construction industry.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Proven track record of successful plant management.
