Job Description
Summary Duties and Responsibilities:
Reporting to Construction Team Lead, construction team lead-E&I is responsible for the whole E&I work.
• Be responsible for the personnel deployment and management of the E&I work
• Be responsible for the equipment coordinating and management of the E&I work
• Be responsible for the material deployment and management of the E&I work
• Be responsible for the progress control of the E&I work
• Be responsible for the quality control of the E&I work

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
• 10 years of experience in the construction industry, 6 years of experience overseas, more than 6 projects execution experiences overseas
• Requiring work experience of minimum 1 project with 300 million contract value
• Being Capable of leading one team
• Skills of communication, organization, coordination, teamwork, decision and policy-making
• Knowledge of project management instrument management, progress quality control process of electric instrument construction etc.
• Abilities of decision and policy making, giving different solutions, applying technical knowledge to analyze problems and create solutions, analyzing,commerce,being adaptable to different projects and project teams
• Advanced computer skills on MS Office like word, excel, PPT, P6,CAD etc.
