Call for Consultancy Services to Conduct an Endline Evaluation
Cheshire Services Uganda (CSU) is a Ugandan NGO working in the field of disability and inclusive development. We implement programmes in five thematic areas of Education, livelihoods, health and rehabilitation, support for daily living and campaign and advocacy.

CSU in partnership with Leonard Cheshire (LC) with funding from National Lottery Community Fund are implementing a project (2018-2021) entitled 'Increasing access to waged employment for Persons with Disabilities in Kampala'. The project is delivered in collaboration with Light for the World through their Make 12.4% Work campaign and carrying out complementary activities. The project is implemented with a consortium of three Organisations of persons with Disabilities (OPD's) in Uganda including: the National Union of Disabled Persons of Uganda (NUDIPU); Uganda National Action on Physical Disability (UNAPD) and the National Union of Women with Disabilities of Uganda (NUWODU). As part of the project MEL plan, an endline evaluation is planned to assess whether the project objectives and results as identified in the project's log frame are being realized, and to document the lessons learnt as well as the success factors.

CSU and LC are therefore desirous to procure services of an experienced Consultant to execute the assignment. This consultancy is for a maximum of two months and will be awarded to a consultant that offers quality technical and competitive financial proposals.
