CALL FOR PROPOSALS

Introduction
Refactory is a Company Limited by Guarantee, Registration No. 80020003473192, and Directorate of Industrial Training Center No. MAC/3464, formed by four partners: aboremus Uganda Ltd; Fontes Foundation, Youth With A Mission UK, and Clarke International University. Refactory Limited established a software academy that has skilled over 600 young people with over 80% of them finding meaningful employment.

About the 10X Program
Outbox (U) Ltd, in partnership with the Mastercard Foundation, is implementing 10X: Enabling the Growth of MSMEs through the Digital Economy program that seeks to reach 61,000 financially disadvantaged young women (3% refugees, 5% living with disabilities) with 34,000 in direct work (new, improved, sustained).
10X, led by Outbox in collaboration with Refactory, Women in Technology Uganda, and UNCDF, will support young people and businesses to leverage the digital economy to operate efficiently, access markets, and finance through digital platforms.

Call for Proposals
Refactory invites companies that meet the set requirements and have the capacity to deliver on any of these assignments below to submit their proposals:

1. Procurement Reference Number: PRO/REF/1224/10X/003
   Consultancy Services to Undertake TVET Capacity Assessment to Deliver Digital Programs (Software Engineering and Hardware Maintenance).

2. Procurement Reference Number: PRO/REF/1224/10X/004
   Consultancy Services to Train and Certify Trainers and Technical Coaches for a software skills training academy.
