Consultancy services for the implementation, support & obtaining ISO 9001:2015 certification tender job at Nakawa Vocational Training College

Quality management standards: NVTC/CONS/2022-2023/00023

1. Nakawa Vocational Training College has allocated funds to be used for the acquisition of Consultancy Services for the implementation of Total Quality Management System that will lead to obtaining ISO 9001- 2015.
2. Nakawa Vocational Training College now invites proposals from eligible bidders for the provision of the above consultancy services.
3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open Domestic bidding procedures contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003, and it's open to all bidders.
4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at No. 7 from 8:00 am-5:00 pm from Monday to Friday.
5. The bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX. 100,000 (Uganda shillings One hundred thousand only) at the bank Account No. in UGX Stanbic Bank- A/c No. 9030005899108 A/c. name Nakawa Vocational Training Institute.
6. Proposals must be delivered to the address below at No.7 at or before 12:00 Noon, on 27 November 2023. All proposals must be accompanied by a Proposal Securing Declaration and must be valid until 14th April, 2024. Late Bids shall be rejected. Proposals will be opened internally in the presence of the bidders' representatives. Proposals shall be opened at the address below at No.7 in the College Board room on the 2 Floor of AIM Building at 12:30pm on 27 November, 2023.
