COOEC-CPECC Joint Venture consisting of COOEC INTERNATIONAL CO., LIMITED and CHINA PETROLEUM ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION (CPECC) UGANDA LIMITED is a CNOOC Uganda Ltd Contractor for Kingfisher Oil Field Development Package-3, and the scope of work includes four well pads production facilities, central processing plant (CPF), infield Flow Lines, water intake pump stations, temporary camp, etc. If you are an experienced professional who possesses major project experience gained with an oil and gas operator or top tier contractors, then we are looking for YOU!

Job Description
• Incharge of organizing petrochemical, technical and business subcontracts for bidding and pricing.
• Must follow the company’s procedure to submit all of the petrochemical technical and business bidding materials.
• Must follow the petrochemical contract implementation and payment milestone.
• Must deal with the changes and claims of petrochemical relevant contracts.
• Must support other departments with projects and manage the petrochemical technical and business documents of subcontract.
• Must coordinate with subcontractors for contract management.
• Incharge of bidding and tendering of subcontracts
• Incharge of negotiation between contractor and subcontractor
• Incharge of subcontract management
• Must supervise the payment under subcontracts and handle all changes or claims of EPC contract between Client and contractor.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics Administration, law and related.
• At least 10 years of petrochemical market subcontract management.
• Knowledge in handling construction budget, subcontract management and cost control management.
• Must have a class 1 cost engineering certificate and CPNC Tofel test certificate.

Experience in Months: 48

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
