GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in team & project management, Youth engagement, & Team coordination.
• Data Collection and Reporting
• Ability to work in rural setting
SKILLS
• Strong Computer packages like excel and power point
• Monitoring and Evaluation
• Leadership and Communications
• Problem solving & Conflict resolution
• Excellent Interpersonal skills
