JOB DETAILS:

Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, Business or any other related field.
2. Must have at least 5-year project control experience in the oil and gas industry.
3. Must be in charge of overseeing all aspects of a project from start to finish, including but not limited to scope, cost, schedule, internal staffing, and outside vendors of a project.
4. Must study and understand all relevant project documents and conditions, establish and define job oriented project control procedures and reporting requirements. Must be able to define primary job objectives clearly at project and departmental management levels by highlighting schedule and cost requirements.
5. Must ensure the maintenance of both time and cost trend performance indicators and statistics.
6. Must be able to analyze and compare both schedule and cost information and relate the conclusions such that management control action is alerted at the right time. Must review overall job status with cost/planning engineers and management and recommend corrective action where necessary.
7. Should review actual progress against planned progress, particularly with regard to manpower levels, productivity, performance metrics and payment.
8. Must liaise with other departments at all meetings relative to project operations, to ensure that information affecting schedule and cost is continually up-dated.
9. Must coordinate the final job statistics and analysis of the effectiveness of procedures for possible improvement on future projects.
10. Must organize or structure all control reports such as monthly reports or any other required report necessary for the program.
11. Should provide feedback on key project issues to the management team on a timely basis,
