Qualifications
1. Certificate or diploma in catering and hotel management or any related field.
2. Experience of at least two (2) years working in a busy
kitchen
Skills
• Knowledge of Health and Safety procedures in the kitchen.
• Knowledge and appreciation of ingredients, ingredient selection, knife skills, and presentation.
• Attention to detail per team player
