JOB DETAILS:
Main Job Functions:
• Tracking, monitoring, and preparing sales performance against set targets and objectives.
• Prepare and compile channel sales commission based on the agreed terms and conditions.
• Handling customer inquiries and providing prompt and accurate responses.
• Continuously work with different cross functional team to improve the broadband products and services.
• Coordinating sales activities including trade shows, activations, meetings, and events.
• Compiling and generating sales reports including sales trends, customer behavior and revenue analysis.
• Tracking of weekly fixed and device agent productivity as a key enabler to achieve the desired daily activations targets.
• Actively collaborating with other departments such as marketing, Technology, Customer experience to ensure effective communication and coordination.
• Provide and grow sales innovation aligned to the vision mission and strategic focus areas of the business.
• Maintain professional working relationship with management, field, and cross functional personnel, as well as customers and industry partners.

Education:

• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, IT or any other related field.
Experience:
• A Proficiency in excel and Power Point is must.
• Demonstrate an understanding of and an ability to manage the interdependent issues and various stake holders.
• 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role
• Good knowledge of sales and retail Industry trends, best practice retail
• Structured and organized approach to communicate.
