Overview
SeaOwl Energy Services is part of the SeaOwl Group, an international service provider specialized in a wide range of Recruitment, Manpower Contracting & Management, Asset Management, Training, Professional Services and Integrated Services for the Construction, Energy, Extractives, Logistics, Mining and Manufacturing sectors.
On behalf of our Client in the Extractives sector, we are looking for competent individuals to fill the following position:
Reports to: Senior Cost Controller
Division: Upstream Project
Location: Kampala
Activities
The job holder is responsible for:
• Participate to the Project Budget preparation
• Assist in the preparation of Cost Control reports.
• Participate to Monitoring and Control of the Project expenditures.
• Assist in the control and input the commitments data. (Invoices)
• Assistance to cost trends analysis.
• File the cost control documents according to the document filing system.
• Collecting and process all Time sheets, Travel expenses data and documents relating to the team members and contractors.
• Register the project invoices in the project cost control system.
• Other Ad hoc tasks as required. QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Qualification:
• A technical degree or degree in accounting, finance or business-related courses.
• Experience:
• 2+ years of relevant cost control experience, experience in engineering and construction projects environment would be considered an asset.
• Knowledge & experience in use of relevant computer systems (SAP, PIMS or other information management system, Excel, Word, PowerPoint


Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
