Real People Financial Services Uganda Limited is looking for people to fill the below mentioned vacancies namely
Credit Manager:
Reports to: General Manager:

Roles:
Responsible for the implementation of Credit risk assessment methodologies and managing the company’s Credit risk strategy. Supports the Ugandan/Executive leadership team in providing a comprehensive credit management service and decision-making tools.

Technical Specifications:

•  Proven work experience as a Credit Manager, Credit Analyst or similar role
  
•  Hands-on experience with accounting software
  
•  Solid understanding of lending procedures
  
•  Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to create and process financial spreadsheets (e.g. in Excel)

Qualifications:

•  BSc in Accounting, Economics, Banking and Finance or relevant field Degree in a Business or a related field – Essential.
  
•  At least 6 years’ experience in the credit environment, with at least 4 years’ experience in a management role looking after business development and collections management within a reputable financial institution.
