About us
Khasakh is a multi-purpose cooperative society registered under provision of section 6(2) of the Cooperative Societies Act Cap 122.It is owned, governed and subscribed to by former and current staff of World Vision, their spouses and children

Main purpose of the position
The key focus areas for the role holder shall be to oversee sacco marketing, loan management, conduct market research and ensure timely reporting.

Marketing:
• Create Khasakh awareness and brand visibility
• Develop market plans advertising and campaigns
• Run and manage Khasakh social media platforms
• Conduct market research.
• Coordinate members in different locations for new member mobilization

Loan management
• Loan origination and mobilization of members to grow the Sacco portfolio.
• Loan underwriting, appraisal and documentation
• Loan compliance, monitoring and recovery.
• Timely reporting

Customer care management
• Provide superior member experience
• Develop member recruitment and retention programs
• Create member loyalty programs.
• Provide monthly loan reports/dashboard.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Proven work experience for credit, loan, marketing officer or similar role
• Hands on experience with loans and marketing programs.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Customer service experience
• Minimum of Bachelors banking and finance, economics, commerce, marketing, microfinance or related field.
• Training in marketing and SACCO operations with will be an added advantage
• Proven track record of marketing with evidence of improved institutional performance
• Age bracket below 30 years Main purpose of the position
